Identifying those Whole Grains

Americans embrace world's 'other' grains

Listing out and describing five grains that are getting consumed more and more in this country.

  1. Cracked wheat bulgur
  2. Millet
  3. Couscous (Just had this last night)
  4. Quinoa
  5. Wild rice

I love quinoa with a little honey.:)
